Cyber Coral provides website hosting. Cyber Coral reserves the right to terminate or suspend a client's access to any or all services provided by Cyber Coral at any time for breach of these terms.

You agree that you are legally responsible for all use of this account. You also agree that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age then you must have parental consent from your legal guardian. You agree to supply Cyber Coral with a current and legal name, residence, email address and telephone number.

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

Cyber Coral does not allow any of the following content to be hosted:

1. Illegal Material - Copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
2. Adult Material - Pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Cyber Coral.
3. Warez - Pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
4. Other Material - Any material we feel to be offensive, or to effect the well being or image of Cyber Coral. The definition of "offensive" is left entirely to the discretion of Cyber Coral.

RESOURCE USAGE

Users are responsible for any and all resources they consume. Cyber Coral reserves the right to determine acceptable resource usage for CPU, traffic, and Memory for all servers and equipment. Any customer found to be using unacceptable amounts of resources above and beyond their purchased right will receive a warning and or suspension from Cyber Coral. We also reserve the right to charge acceptable overage fees for the usage. Acceptable levels of usage are to be determined only by Cyber Coral.

SPAM POLICY

Any use of Spam (Unsolicited Bulk Email) is prohibited. Any customer found utilizing bulk email through our system will receive a warning unless the level of spam requires more drastic action. This is at Cyber Coral's discretion to determine the appropriate action. Additionally any customer found using spam through other servers to further their domains located here will be dealt with in the same manner. Cyber Coral maintains a Zero Tolerance policy for spam and spam related actions. Cyber Coral reserves the right to terminate any and all accounts accused of multiple spam complaints.

BACKUPS

Cyber Coral performs company backups for the sole use of Cyber Coral. We are not responsible for your data or for maintain an up to date copy of said data. Cyber Coral will provide access to backups if possible of needed. There will be a service fee for this to be assessed by Cyber Coral.

PRICE CHANGE

The amount of money you pay to us for the same services will never increase from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices listed on cybercoral.com, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Cyber Coral provides no warranties of any kind as to quality of service. We do not provide any SLA options and all services are provided and performed "as is". Cyber Coral is not responsible for any data loss or loss income that may be incurred while you are a customer.

CHANGES TO THE TOS

Cyber Coral reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
